Return & Exchange Policy
At Shein Silver, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Personalised, custom-made, or engraved items are non-returnable.
- Return requests for items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at welcome@sheinsilver.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).
Shipping Charges
- In case of a return or exchange, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of the original shipping cost.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided via bank transfer or wallet credit.
